IM NOT ALRIGHT

Winter Jam on saturday was amazing out the wazoo!!! ahhh we should have a Youth Group trip next year because its 10 dollars to get in and tahts amazing if you ask me :) well the shows were great (even if my favorites only played about 6 songs) the adrenaline rush i got was cool and the praise and worship was out of this world... but NOTHING beats Alive. worshipping the Lord under open skies wen you raise your eyes to look toward heaven its like you're talking directly to him instead of some lights or rafters. Rosie, Leann and I were walking arond and it was to our pleasant surprise that we ran into Chris from Sanctus Real along with Dan (another guy from Sanctus Real)and they were lost... imagine that in an arena that was in the shape of a circle... how you get lost in there is beyond me BUT later on as we were discussing said band members and their God given appearances here comes Chris just walking past and he says "i'm lost again" HAHAHAHAHA we laughed pretty hard.

Leann got the great idea to write a letter to the guys in Hawk Nelson though the only paper we could find was a NAPKIN from the Britt Nicole booth and so we found these ladies and she borrowed a marker from them and began to write a letter to Hawk Nelson on a NAPKIN beginning with "Je Taime" which means I Love You in french (the guys speak french) so they deemed me bold enough to go up to one of the guys at the Hawk Nelson booth and ask him to deliver our letter when the guys come to sign autographs sooo i head up and ask the guy to do it and luckily (this guy is young like our age) and agrees to it and says he will. so we are pretty pumped... i have no idea if he gave the letter to the guys or not but i hope he did well i will leave you all now and go shower

so i had a bad day...

well well well today started off bad... i was running late this morning in hopes to get to FCA on time. so i ran out the door while forgetting 2 things.... one that was hygiene related (deoderant) and the other that i will mention later. i got to FCA on time and (this is where the day gets better) and Beckie saved my hygene issue... i ran across the school at a pretty good speed and became powder fresh then ran back to the LBC to hear our speaker which happened to be none other than BSBC's own Clint Adams!!! hehe Clint spoke well and it was cool to see him speak somewere other than a youth group setting. GOOD JOB CLINT. well about halfway through Clints speech i realized that i didnt have muy purse with me and again Beckie saved my school career by lending me the nicest mechanical pencil ever!!!! thanks! so i proceeded through my first class, science with ease and then got to geometry... this was my falling point.

well this morning while realizing i had forgotten my purse i had also failed to realize that we had a test scheduled for today. and in my purse were my calculator, protractor, compass and Gnabah (guh nah buh) money. Gnabah is my teacher and since i was stuck with out my weapons of Math Instruction i could have "bought" a calculator and protractor from him with the little yello pieces of card stock that we in room 703 like to call Gnabah money. ahh so i was in a rut. i attempted to attack the test with just my pencil and a blank piece of graoh paper to work out the problems... yeah that didnt go over too well since Gnabah likes to use really extremely random wierd decimal numbers like 10.25 x 3.67 yeahh you do that on graph paper without a calculator and tell me how east it is. so i did my best and inevitable i know i have failed this test. (aww man and that was the first one of the class too)

so the day pressed on and dragged me helplessly behind it i got through the French test with ease and i am prety sure i passed it with an A. then i moved on to history with my funny little teacher who is old... and shorter than Kristen Adams (i didnt mean that in a mean way) and we took yet another test in there over Evita... which reminds me why i am actually on this computer in the first place.... to look up pictures of Eva "Evita" Peron. well i think i will go and actually get some start on my project due monday a tout a l'heure!

well basically all in all the weekend turned out great and i had more fun than should have been legal. i am still tired though and i am pretty sure that most of you have heard what all went down at the retreat and if not then just call me and i will explain rather than sit and type this all out. but if you are just dying for a blog post about what went on i would advise you to do as follows:

i dont have much time to post today because i have a busy weekend up ahead of me. in about 2 1/2 hours we (Rosie, Dan, Gary, Kyle, Me and other assorted people) will be leaving to go to the Camp Christopher Retreat for OLV. as you all probably know this weekend will require lots of trust in the Lord and the ability to hold back some first instincts. it will also require good judgement and the ability to be free of all hindrances when it comes to sharing the gospel. thank you all for your support and your prayer (will you keep praying until this thing is OVER?) you have all been so supportive and helpful. thanks a million!

well i should be going. I still have the three s' i am Sick, Scared, and Stressed. lol

je sais oui? (i know, right?)

well this first week back has been... hectic. i had 2 tests in one class (right in a row) and i had a pop quiz in math... WHICH I ACED :) lol but anyway i had some problems with an english assignment and i couldnt get it all to school electronically so i ended up asking the teacher what i should do and he is just gonna let me pring everything off here at home and let me turn that in.... God has definately been looking out for me this week. lol. next week are finals and i am scared out of my mind of what to expect. i have never been tested on what i have learned throughout a whole semester... ahhh i am scared. but anyway on a brighter note i am sooooooo pumped for the Winter Jam concert on the 27th!!! woohoo it is going to be amazing (10 dollars at the door) Hawk Nelson*Sanctus Real*Jeremy Camp*Steven Curtis Chapman (who looks like a monkey... remember that kristen?)*and some girl names Britt Nicole... which i think is the coolest thing ever since that my name!!!! lol

so yeah basically i am looking forward to the 27th
