my break comes to a close

SCHNECK!!! that thanksgiving break went way too fast!!! wednesday i went shopping, thursday i ate turkey, and friday rosie came over and we basically had more fun than should have been legal... lol. we dressed up in manly-ish clothes and we were going to film a music video for an old Audio Adrenaline song called "My God" but my video camera was not working...
why do i feel that was for the best?
basically this week was fun. yesterday i got a package in the mail from the NSLC (National Student Leadership Confrence) i apparently was nominated to go by one or two of my teachers... wow i feel honored. it looks like a great experience but i know i'll never make it there because of the price (2,915 buckaroos) whewwww. i never thought that i would get nominated for something like that, i'm not in any advanced classes nor do i excel in any of my classes, save for english. i mean i'm just me, oh well the thought of the confrence is great but i wont get there so i should not dewll on it right?
i think i'll i'll just focus on what God wants for me now, like possibly volunteering at the childrens hospital if the volunteer coordinator is nicer (haha Kristen Keys).

why cant we seem to keep it together?

i am not feeling too well right now... my mom and dad think i have the flu... and that wouldnt surprise me because i have been waiting for the mid november flu to come this year. arghhhh and now its here. last night you probably saw how iw asnt feeling too well and hat would just go to show you taht itw as the early stages. argh i dont like being sick. especially knowing that i have responsibilities to fulfill at school and i have work to do and places to go today and i dont like this being sick at all. plus its kind of hard to type a report for english from your bed when the computer is on the other side of the room. well i am online making sure my info is accurate and i am sore i dont like this.

on a brighter not the youth rally was fun and i had a great day yesterday shopping and my birthday on friday was great! at least the sickness held off until most of teh fun was over with
